Problem Note 63512: Flood to Children might not work as expected when merchandise sets are included
In SASĀ® Merchandise Allocation, Flood to Children (FTC) might not work as expected when merchandise sets are included. During the FTC process, the Allocation Attributes for merchandise life cycles should not be populated with both the static merchandise ID and merchandise level or the merchandise set template ID. When this issue occurs, both the static merchandise ID/level and the template ID are populated.
This issue is likely to occur when the following situations:
- A parent has a static merchandise ID/level and a child has a template ID. When you flood a static merchandise ID down, the merchandise ID/level are pushed to children, but the template ID is not removed.
- A parent has a template ID and a child has a merchandise ID/level. When you flood a template ID down, the template ID is pushed to children, but the merchandise ID/level are not removed.
There is no workaround for this issue.
